Singing with the Angels....

(HE WORE 2 WATCHES BECAUSE 1 WAS HIS DAYTIME AND 1 WAS HIS NIGHTTIME WATCH!)

You will be Missed Grandpa George. You will be remembered as a God Fearing, Jesus Loving, Honorable, Wonderful Man. It was an honor to have you in my Life and I am so thankful that God allowed me to Marry your Grandson. He is an Honorable man too Grandpa...Just like you. His girls will tell you how hard he was on them. He was strict and tough, but he Loves them so very much. You were a wonderful Grandpa no just to Dan, but to our girls as well. You were and will Always be remembered as "Grandpa George". I Loved how you always called Jennifer "Juniper". Melissa was special because she shared your Birthday...and "My Little Kristine" was always around to help out when you would come to visit. What an honor to have been able to have you fly up for Jennifer's Wedding. That was an Amazing time, and seems like yesterday. The Fishing trip with Larry and Dan. That too is something that Dan will not soon forget. I do better when I put my thoughts down in print. This is sort of like an open prayer. Grandpa, I pray that you knew how much I (We) Loved you. I pray that your last months on earth were peaceful and that you Knew how Special you were to this family. I read somewhere that it's not a tragedy when an old man dies. You were 98, so No, it's not a tragedy. But my Heart still hurts a little. I have Peace however, in knowing that you are dancing and singing in Heaven and that you will be there to greet me one day. (Long after I've been to my Own Grandaughters Wedding I'm sure) Love, Pam
